An Alumni of Airforce Bal Bharti School, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, and Tashi Namgyal Academy, Gangtok, Sikkim, she completed her graduation from Delhi University in Commerce.
A keen athlete in her school days she bagged the State Championship in 1986 and represented her State, Sikkim in the National Games of 1986 at New Delhi in the track and field events and long jump. She was also a proud recipient of the “Most Promising Athlete” of 1987 of her school and winner of the Runners Up trophy in the Sikkim State Open Table Tennis Championship of 1987.
Moving from the field to the board in her college days, she formally trained as an Interior Designer was working with a leading Interior Design House helped design and restore many leading hospitality properties in Delhi. She is now a freelancer in Sikkim in her spare time while working full time for the Sikkim Government as Deputy Registrar in the Cooperation Department.Close
DR. HARISH CHAUDHRY
PROFESSOR, IIT DELHI - DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES
An alumni of the prestigious The Doon School, Dehradun, Dr. Chaudhry did his specialisation in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur. He completed his Post Graduation in Marketing / Behavioural Sciences from IIM Bangalore and a PhD from IIT, Delhi. He went on to join the Department of Management Studies at IIT, Delhi as a faculty member. A distinguished teacher and learner, Dr. Chaudhry has done a certification course in TQM, ISO9000 and is a certified Lead Assessor by RWTÜV, Germany. He also attended a course in ERP conducted by Baan Systems, Holland, besides many other training programmes.
He has a vast experience in teaching subjects such as marketing research, advertising and sales promotion, product management, sales and distribution, at IIT Delhi. He has also taught full courses in Marketing and related disciplines at IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode and other Management Institutions.
Dr. Chaudhry has been a member of the advisory boards of a large number of schools and has been instrumental in shaping their future.Close
Dr. INDRADEO MEHTA
HINDI TEACHER (PGT) AND HOUSE MASTER - SAPPHIRE HOUSE
Dr. Indradeo Mehta has 23 years of teaching experience as a PGT Hindi and Sanskrit Teacher. Formerly, worked in Upras Vidyalaya, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi as TGT Hindi and Sanskrit from 1999 to 2000.
He joined TSS in 2001 as a Hindi Teacher and is the senior-most faculty member. He is the House Master of Sapphire House - the winner of the "House of Excellence Award” for the last four years. He has also served as the House Parent for five years and as the coordinator of the German Exchange program in 2010.
Dr. Mehta was felicitated by Bharat Vikas Parishad, North East Rajasthan in 2013 and 2014 and received a letter of appreciation in 2014 and 2015 from Honourable Smriti Zubin Irani, former HRD Minister, Government of India.
He is passionate about yoga, meditation, spiritual literature, and social work. Close

She was formerly Senior School Principal at The Shri Ram School, Gurugram. Under her leadership, The Shri Ram School was adjudged the number one school in the country for two consecutive years. Subsequently she joined the Shiv Nadar Foundation as Director, Curriculum & Training, VidyaGyan Schools – run in the heartlands of U.P. for meritorious children from rural, underprivileged backgrounds.
She is on the Board of VISHWAS Vidhyalaya – a school which successfully integrates children with moderate to severe learning disabilities into the mainstream classroom. She is actively involved in curriculum development especially implementing Information Technology into the classroom.

Ms. Monica Sagar was formerly the Vice Principal at The Shri Ram School, Gurugram, where she had served since 1997. Before adopting the mantle of Vice Principal, she had served as the Head of Department for IBDP and ISC/ICSE Economics, a subject she has been passionate about since her days as a student at Punjab University. It is there that she completed her Bachelors and Masters degree, achieving first division in both.
Ms. Sagar has touched the lives of a number of students who remember her fondly and are still in touch with her after years of leaving school. She enjoys reading, being updated about the latest educational practices and engaging with children of all ages.
Currently she is leading the Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram as Principal since 2013.
Mr. Nilakantha Sahoo

A seasoned professional with nearly 21 years of rich and extensive experience in ICT education and teaching in CBSE-affiliated fully residential schools.
Formerly, Mr. Sahoo was associated with G.D. Birla Memorial School, Ranikhet, as a PGT Computer Science, Head - IT Department, and House Master from 2000 to 2005.
Mr. Sahoo joined TSS in 2005 and performed various key roles such as House Parent, House Master of Ruby House, Head of Examination Department and In-charge of Menu Committee and now as the Academic Coordinator of the Senior School.
He is highly conversant with the CBSE curriculum and systems. He has represented as an IT educator resources person and conducted workshops for IT Teachers in Mayoor School, Ajmer, and Subodh Public School, Jaipur by CBSE Ajmer in 2010 and 2011. He was felicitated with the best teacher award by Bharat Vikas Parishad, North East Rajasthan in 2016 and subsequently by Alwar Sohodaya, Rajasthan in 2017-18.Close

LINGUIST & FORMER FACULTY MEMBER OF WELHAM GIRLS & DOON SCHOOL
Ms. Tara Sekhri has been associated with reputed residential schools of Dehradun like Doon and Welham as an English Teacher. She spent sixteen years at Welham Girls School as Head of the English department and also taught Drama and Mathematics to the middle school. Being a residential school teacher, she was an integral part of the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the school.
A multi-lingual teacher herself, Ms. Sekhri has learnt from experts like Mrs. Joy Michael (drama), Shri Vinay Chandra Maudgilya (choir singing), Shri Balmiki Banerjee and Shri Singhajeet Singh (dance). Rabindra Sangeet, Carnatic Music, Hindustani classical music, Bharatnatyam, folk dance, poetry recitation in English, Hindi, Sanskrit and some regional languages have all been her strength in teaching.
After relocating to Delhi, Ms. Sekhri has been involved in translating works of contemporary Punjabi writers including Amrita Pritam, into English. She is known for her expertise in preparing students for competitive entrance examination and English proficiency tests.
