• Consent forms with contact details (complete address, telephone numbers, email address travelling plan etc.) are sent within the due date, 16th Oct 2017.
  • The entry forms, travel plan, student participation details & attested identity card to be attached filled in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Teams without proper Performa’s will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.
  • All teams will be escorted by at least one Team Manager/Coach/Physical Teacher designated by the participating school Principal. Maximum two teacher escorts per school will be permitted. A female escort is compulsory in case of female participants. Parents are not permitted to stay in the school campus as per the cbse guidelines.
  • The teams are required to inform the exact time of arrival & departure to enable the host school to make arrangements for pick-up from nearest Bus Station/Railway Station.
  • A mandatory Team Managers’ and Coaches meeting will be held on 21st October, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium Hall of the host school. Schools who fail to attend this meeting will forfeit their right to object/protest with regards to draw and other points of agreements arrived at during the meeting.
  • Team Manager will be responsible for the conduct/sporting behaviour of their respective players on the court and in the school premises. A Disciplinary Committee consisting of Team Managers/Coaches will be formed during the meeting on 21st Oct. All acts of indiscipline will be dealt with by this Committee. Decisions of the Committee will be binding.
  • Protest of any nature should reach the Organizing Committee in writing within one hour of the declaration of the result. It should be accompanied by a fee of Rs.1000/- {non-refundable}.The decision taken by jury will be final and binding for all teams and managers.
  • Participants will be responsible for their belongings while at the campus of host school.
  • Consumption of liquor, drugs, tobacco in any form is strictly prohibited during the conduct of the tournament and stay in the school. Violation of this instruction may lead to disqualification/immediate suspension of the team from the tournament.
